Description
Ginger has a spicy and aromatic composition. The pungent ingredient is "gingerone" in an aromatic volatile oil. It is mainly ginger oil terpene, water fennel, camphor terpene, gingerol, eucalyptus oil essence, starch, mucus etc.

Contains energy 172kj per 100g, 87g water, protein, 1.3g and 0.6g fat, dietary fiber, 2.7g, 7.6g carbohydrates, 170 mu g carotene, retinol equivalent 28mug, 0.02mg thiamine, riboflavin 0.03 mg, 0.8mg niacin; Vitamin C 4mg; Potassium 295mg, sodium 14.9mg, calcium 27mg, magnesium 44mg, iron 1.4mg, manganese 320mg, zinc 0.34mg, molybdenum 0.14mg, phosphorus 25mg, selenium 0.56 mu g. It contains ingredients such as gingerol which promotes the secretion of digestive juices.
Functions
