Good solubility in water, spray-dried brown powder with mellow taste, little bitterness and astringent, pure fragrance, the liquor is clear & bright dark brown and will soluble in hot water, polyphenols is NLT 25%, evidently reducing blood sugar and lipid, lowering the triglyceride, cholesterol, hyperuricemia in the body.
