Product Introduction
Chaga, also known as cinder conk, is a fungus in Hymenochaetaceae family. 
Chaga mushrooms are rich in antioxidants and may have several potential health benefits. It is a fungus parasitic on Birch and other trees. I. obliquus grows in birch forests of Russia, Korea, Eastern and Northern Europe, Northern areas of the United States, in the North Carolina mountains and in Canada, also in the North of China. The Chaga mushroom is considered a medicinal mushroom that has a place in Russian and Eastern European folk medicine.
Chaga mushrooms, which tend to grow on birch trees in cold climates, have a rocklike appearance. They don't taste like traditional mushrooms. Instead, they have a bitter, yet vanilla taste. They're also high in fiber and low in calories.
