Product Introduction
Gymnema sylvestre is a plant used medicinally for treatment of diabetes or hyperglycemia. In ancient Indian texts, gymnema means "sugar killer" in Sanskrit. The anti-sweet activities of Gymnema are attributed to gymnemic acids. More than 20 homologues of gymnemic acid are found in the leaves of Gymnema sylvestre.
